Arson Fire on 20th street but nobody will be charged for it
This raging inferno fire that tore through two homes on 20th Street homes and threatened another was arson.
But no one can be charged with the fire per investigators.

When firefighter where dispatched there reports of possibly people still inside said Niagara Falls Fire Chief Joe Pedulla. He also said that on tenant Galette Fain had moved into the home next door at 462-
Fain said he heard a crackling sound and then I heard a boom and then I could see a bright light through a window.
Pedulla said once the fire was brought under control, firefighters would make another effort at entry into the home to search for an unidentified man and woman who reportedly lived there. Before that could happen, the female resident of the home arrived at the scene. Hours later, police reported that the male resident of the home had also been located.
Pedulla said that both houses are a total loss and are scheduled for emergency demolition.
